Problem with shampoo

I feel I must tell people that I had a problem with a shampoo and may cause lacerating to the nose especially if you have the red nose problem. (possibly caused by lead water problem.) I have brought this problem to the health department and a caseworker. The health department (nyc) did not do much about it.
