Mammogram on the last day of breast cancer awareness month

There is no mammogram today because it is a manogram. I was supposed to have a mammogram mid month and did not go through with it because i did not like the machine. You feel as though you are going to be injured during this exam. I once saw a sign in a hospital that read: 'manogram'. I am looking for an alternative.
